Our 30-minute abs classes include a variety of exercises and workout routines that we’ve designed to focus on your abdominal region – the one area of our body that frustrates us the most.

Who can come to the class?
Fight Fit ABS, either at Barlby or York, is suitable for everyone – all fitness levels, shapes and sizes. However, if you’ve recently had a baby, it can take up to two months before you can safely start doing abdominal exercises – please check with your doctor before you begin exercising..
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in and supportive trainers.
What shall I bring?
A bottle of water, a towel and exercise mat.

How much does it cost?
Drax, Millington and Joseph Rowntree classes cost £4 on a PAYG basis. Membership options are available for York-based classes.

I used to work my abs everyday…or so I thought! At the end of June I started going to Fight Fit Abs and actually got lazy with my abs workouts. ..only concentrating on abs on Monday nights in class.
