Our PT circuit training sessions in York (FF Headquarters in Thorangby) are interval based  - combining high and low intensity activities - and consist of upper and lower body work.

This is perfect for anyone looking to lose weight, tone up, shred some body fat and generally improve their fitness.

How many places are available?

Places are limited to just EIGHT per session to ensure you get maximum input from your two personal trainers.

Where and when can I do PT Circuits?

Fight Fit PT Circuit Training in York takes place in Thorganby (off-street parking is available). We have four sessions - Saturdays at 7:30am, Saturdays at 8:30am, Mondays at 9:30am and Tuesdays at 9:30am.

Can I just turn up?

Fight Fit PT Circuits is hugely popular so you will need to pre-book. Classes can be booked every term. We run six-week terms and open up bookings for each new term three weeks in advance.

What do I need to bring?

Water, towel and plenty of enthusiasm.
