Who can take part in Fight Fit Abs?

However, if you’ve recently had a baby, it can take up to two months before you can safely start doing abdominal exercises – please check with your doctor before you begin exercising.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in and supportive trainers.

What shall I bring?

A bottle of water, a towel and exercise mat.
