Fight Fit Personal Training: 10 Sessions


We offer one-on-one personal training in our fully equipped private studio – we can help with toning, strength and power, general fitness and rehabilitation training.

Includes 30-minute goal planning and full assessment – fortnightly measurements and body fat percentage analysis, resting heart rate and blood pressure checks and a nutritional plan. A full progress report with graph will be produced at the end showing results.
