Fight Fit Personal Training: One Hour


We offer one-on-one personal training in our fully equipped private studio – we can help with toning, strength and power, general fitness and rehabilitation training.

In our one hour session you will get an intense personalised workout focussed on the areas you most want to work. Sessions where weigh-ins and body stats are recorded will take slightly longer – but we wont eat into the hour workout with assessments.
